RotiCentrafrique is a private real estate contracting and consulting company and development partner of the Central African Republic Government. RoitCentrafrique is leading the way in changing the landscape of property business in the Central African Republic. Currently, RotiCentrafrique has directly contributed to the social-economic transformation of many Central Africans through implementation of the brick machines and the Perrineville project.
Perrineville Project
Perrineville is the first and the biggest residential housing project in the Central African Republic and the flagship of RotiCentrafrique. This unprecedented project is situated in M'Boko, the 9th District of Bangui, just 7 kilometers from the epicenter of downtown Bangui, and 30 minutes from M'Poko International Airport.
Perrineville will offer a wide range of housing styles that will leave a discerning property lovers with a wide variety of choices. When completed, Perrineville will consist of a total of 5,000 units in different configurations ranging from luxury villas to social economic villas to apartments to commercial office space. Perrineville will consist of 15 neighborhoods to be build in 10 phases on 500 hectares of land. The neighborhoods will have names like Palm City, Bel-Air, Cocoville, Eden Village, Flora Village, and West Palm Beach.
Perrineville will be much more than just the house; it will be built as a fully self-sustaining community with easy access to amenities like walkways, parks, paved roads, markets, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, grade schools, college and universities, and a new private airport to service the new city and Bangui.

Le projet Perrineville a officiellement débuté en octobre 2016 lorsque le président Faustin-Archange Touadéra a accordé le projet à RotiCentrafrique.
L'entente consistait initialement à construire 5 000 logements économiques sociaux, des écoles primaires et secondaires, des édifices gouvernementaux et des développements commerciaux. Au fur et à mesure que le projet progressait, la portée est passée à 40 000 unités de logement et éventuellement à la construction dans les 16 provinces de l'État.
L'idée de construire une nouvelle ville a été imaginée et créée par notre Fondateur et Président, Magloire Kolisso Debale.

Cérémonie gouvernementale
La cérémonie officielle avec le gouvernement a eu lieu le 9 mars 2022. La ministre du Logement, Mme Nicole KOUE, était présente en tant que représentante du gouvernement. La cérémonie comprenait également des députés de district, des dirigeants municipaux, des anciens de la communauté et la population en général.
La cérémonie marque le début officiel de la construction de Perrineville. L'adoption de Bitcoin et de la pièce Sango par le gouvernement ouvre une nouvelle voie d'investissement et une nouvelle façon de faire des affaires. Le projet Perrineville cherche à adopter ces instruments monétaires comme moyen d'acheter et de vendre des biens immobiliers.
