Perrineville Project
Perrineville is the first and the biggest residential housing project in the Central African Republic and the flagship of RotiCentrafrique. This unprecedented project is situated in M'Boko, the 9th District of Bangui, just 7 kilometers from the epicenter of downtown Bangui, and 30 minutes from M'Poko International Airport.
Perrineville will offer a wide range of housing styles that will leave a discerning property lovers with a wide variety of choices. When completed, Perrineville will consist of a total of 5,000 units in different configurations ranging from luxury villas to social economic villas to apartments to commercial office space. Perrineville will consist of 15 neighborhoods to be build in 10 phases on 500 hectares of land. The neighborhoods will have names like Palm City, Bel-Air, Cocoville, Eden Village, Flora Village, and West Palm Beach.
Perrineville will be much more than just the house; it will be built as a fully self-sustaining community with easy access to amenities like walkways, parks, paved roads, markets, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, grade schools, college and universities, and a new private airport to service the new city and Bangui.

News and Information
Project Perrineville officially began in October of 2016 when President Faustin-Archange Touadéra granted the project to RotiCentrafrique.
The agreement initially consisted of building 5,000 social economic housing units, primary and secondary schools, government buildings, and commercial developments. As the project has progressed, the scope has grown to 40,000 housing units and eventually construction in all 16 provinces of the state.
The idea of building a new city was imagined and created by our Founder and Chairman, Magloire Kolisso Debale.

GOVERNMENT CEREMONY

The official ceremony with the government was held on March 9, 2022. The Minister of Housing, Mrs. Nicole KOUE, was present as a representative of the government. The ceremony also included district deputies, city leaders, elders of the community, and the general population.
The ceremony marks the official start of construction for Perrineville. The adoption of Bitcoin and the Sango coin by the government opens a new avenue for investment and new way to do business. Project Perrineville seeks to adopt these monetary instruments as a way to buy and sell real estate.
